Driveway cleaning
Over time paved driveways surfaces deteriorate and lose some colour. This is due to the porous nature of most block paving and provides an easy platform for weeds, moss, lichen and algae to take root. This is in addition to any dirt, tyre marks or oil stains that may have accumulated on the surface.
We can keep your driveway looking like it was recently laid with our fast and efficient driveway cleaning service.
Patio Cleaning
We will clean your patio very effectively, removing most moss, weeds, lichen and any algae without damaging the surface of the paving or any pointing.
Our pressure cleaning equipment will clean any paved surface, such as block-paving, crazy-paving, concrete or sandstone slabs. We can also clean tarmac, pattern imprinted concrete and wooden decking. The very high pressure of the pressure cleaning equipment means that just cold water is all is that is required to clean these surfaces without the need for any chemicals.
Block Paving Sealing
Because of its porous nature, block paving will, over time, become susceptible to weed infestation and surface growth such as algae, moss and lichen.
The simple solution to this problem is to have the surface sealed with a resin based acrylic sealant. This will have the effect of creating a non-porous membrane across the surface of the paving to give lasting protection.
Driveway & Patio Sealing
Because of its porous nature, paving will, over time, become susceptible to weed infestation and surface growth such as algae, moss and lichen.
We can renovate and provide paving protection by applying SmartSeal high quality sealants.
Tarmac restoration
H2O Facility services can restore faded tarmac to look like it was recently laid. Our new tarmac restoration product can now re-colour old faded tarmac to give it that 'just installed' look. This cost effective alternative to the replacement of a tarmac driveway is the preferred option for most people.

Training:
H2O embrace training for our operators. Prior to commencing any works each operator will receive training on correct use of equipment and methods of working.
CSCS Cards:
All H2O Operators carrying out Builders Cleans or similar works will have passed Construction Skills Health & Safety Test.
